New Vegan Bottomless Brunch in the Northern Quarter

Alvarium are launching a brilliant new vegan bunch offering.

Bottomless Brunch has been an absolute revelation since it appeared in our city around 7 years ago, and now there are LOADS of different ones that you can have on any given weekend. Japanese, Brazilian, Spanish, even Chinese – all brunch (ish) and all with that lovely BOTTOMLESS fizz (and cocktails).

Getting in on the act this weekend is Northern Quarter favourite Alvarium, who are launching a NEW Brunch Menu between 11am – 3pm.

You can go BOTTOMLESS by choosing one food dish and unlimited Prosecco and Bloody Marys (for 2 hours) for just £25!

The menu looks great too – as you can see in these pictures – with some brand-new dishes by Head Chef Grace Stubbs, each one 100% Vegan and 100% bloody mega. Here’s what’s on offer…

Hash Brown Stack

Onion and garlic hash browns served on a bed of smokey beans and scrambled tofu, topped with rosemary roasted tomatoes.

Mushroom Toast

A trio of garlic mushrooms served with lemon and chilli spinach, topped with creamy hollandaise sauce. Served on sourdough bread.

Shakshuka

Slow roasted and spiced tomatoes and red peppers with creamy cumin tahini and homemade feta. Served with a side of sourdough bread.

Pancakes

Buckwheat pancakes served with homemade cherry compote and seasonal berries. Dusted with icing sugar.

BLT

Homemade crispy smoked rice paper and carrot bacon, served on sourdough bread with chunky lettuce, tomato and homemade basil mayo.
