Ducie Street Warehouse, the destination hub on the ground floor of the Grade II listed former Victorian warehouse, also home to Native Manchester, has announced its new menu and social dining concept that’s designed for sharing, with something for everyone.

Featuring new curated dishes by Head Chef, Andrew Green from the farm, sea and allotment, the vibrant menu will be available at the restaurant from this Thursday 21st April.

The social dining concept is born out of the warehouse’s ethos of bringing people together at one of Manchester’s most eclectic destinations – with a menu dedicated to sharing and socialising. The relaxed dining experience has been designed to bring everyone together, from couples, friends, groups, families, and everyone in between.

The ‘Something for Everyone’ menu approach has been heightened with a collection of sharing dishes, plus a selection of small plates, starters and sides.

The FARM dishes include Herdwick Lamb for handmade Lamb Koftas (£8.50), locally reared and dry aged Sirloin Steak (£28.50)Lancashire Hotpot Croquettes (£8) using locally reared Cumbrian lamb leg, Cumbrian-reared Pork Chop (£19)Gochujang Chicken (£9.50), as well as the Calabrian Nduja Pasta (£16).

In addition to the 80-cover restaurant, Ducie Street Warehouse will also serve curated dishes at its outdoor South-facing Terrace and vibrant Lounge, including a selection of light bites, small plates, large plates, salads, and the warehouse’s famous Pinza featuring Focaccia Romana style bread.

Over at the impressive bar situated in the heart of the lounge, Ducie Street Warehouse has curated a splendid signature cocktail list – from the perfect spritz with fresh tones of rip citrus fruits, to North to South, with Italicus bergamot, pink grapefruit, wine syrup, topped with sparkling wine.

A selection of 0% ABV cocktails, classic cocktails, and wines (white, red, orange, rose, sparkling) are also available for guests to enjoy.

Towering above Ducie Street Warehouse, with its cast-iron columns and exposed brickwork, is the award-winning Native Manchester aparthotel, with all the benefits of apartment living coupled with the service and flexibility of a hotel.

All housed within the cool surroundings of the Grade II listed building, Ducie Street Warehouse and Native Manchester, are right in the heart of the city centre – a destination hub of creative concepts with something for everyone.
