London’s high street therapy service, Self Space lands in Manchester tomorrow, hosting a pop-up inside Northern Quarter’s Feel Good Club.

Since its launch, high street therapy service Self Space’s mission has been to make therapy accessible and straightforward with no waitlists.

For World Mental Health Awareness Day this year (Monday 10th October), the company is partnering with its friends at Feel Good Club, taking over the space tomorrow offering free 30 minute therapy sessions to those curious and in need of a good chat with a qualified person.

Self Space offers availability seven days a week with over 70 qualified therapists across sites in London, Manchester and nationwide virtually. Putting therapy on the high street has opened up a lot of conversations, but more importantly has made accessing support much more visible.

1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health condition at some point in our lives, and after launching the world’s first mental health service on the high street this year, Self Space is opening the doors to the therapy rooms and inviting you in for World Mental Health Awareness Day.

The sessions will offer people a chance to pause, reflect, reconnect and get a taste of whether or not therapy would benefit their lifestyles for free. The pop-up will run from 7.30am – 9.30pm and 100 sessions will be available to book.

Manchester’s main Self Space site is just opposite in Ducie House and opened earlier this year. The service has no waiting list and is open 7 days a week, 7:30am – 9:30pm with over 65 therapists to choose from.
