Picturesque new cafe bar, On The Hush, opened in the Northern Quarter at the tail-end of 2021 and has become known for its vibrant decor, colourful coffees and unique cocktails – some of which are served in glass slippers!
By day, On The Hush is a cute Instagrammable cafe serving indulgent brunches and colourful coffees with sweet treats, but by night it transforms into a funky cocktail bar with live entertainment.
They’ve launched a new Bottomless Brunch offer, which you can have every single day of the week from 3pm. For just £27 per person, they offer up one main and unlimited drinks for 90 minutes, including Prosecco, cocktails, beer bottles and soft drinks.
All of your favourite Brunch Classics are on here, including Smashed Avo on Toast, Turkish Eggs, Field Mushrooms on Toast, and Pancakes. They also offer plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, including vegan pancakes with berries and salted caramel ice cream, brioche cinnamon and vanilla French toast, or the classic avocado on toast.
In terms of cocktails, On The Hush offer up twists on the classics, including a butterscotch cookie Old Fashioned, a salted caramel Espresso Martini and a Pornstar Tikitini.
Guests searching for the truly Instagrammable cocktail should look no further than the Cinderella sharer, which combines gunpowder and rosehip pink gin, triple sec, coconut, pink grapefruit and grenadine to create an exquisite floral cocktail displayed in a giant glass slipper.
Owner, David Faini, said: “Our vision for On The Hush was to create a beautiful venue where guests can relax in the day over delicious food and hot drinks, but then it comes alive at night with high quality cocktails and great music.
