Tucked away on Spear Street, just off Stevenson Square in the Northern Quarter, you’ll find Concept NQ – a brand new vintage clothing store from the team behind Suzy Loves Milo.

Owners Bob and Suzy have personally handpicked all of the items, never sourcing by buying in bulk from vintage wholesalers, and you can tell this as soon as you walk in. There’s stuff from all over the world in here, taking big inspiration from Korea and Japan, and this is reflected in the brands stocked here.

The space looks incredible, with exposed brickwork, a mezzanine area, retro cameras and trinkets filling wall space. The artwork on the walls will rotate and showcase local artists, with the current collection provided by Conner Dixon.

There will be a rotating selection of vinyl records curated by Luke Unabomber in the store that will also change monthly.

The massive E on the staircase is the E off the Arndale centre and was retrieved after the Manchester Bombing in 1996. A proper piece of salvaged Manchester history.

Concept NQ will be open 7 days a week from 12-6pm from Saturday 17th September onwards.
