Manchester’s Pride weekend is taking place next week across the long bank holiday, and there’s tons of great events to get down to – so you’ll need some banging food to fuel you as you take it all in.
BAB, a kebab-based restaurant in the heart of Northern Quarter is throwing a full day of bottomless feasting to help you do just that, and the bar’s curated pride cocktail is also available on the menu as part of the bottomless drinks option.
If you book a table, you can expect to receive two-courses and bottomless booze for a whole 90 minutes. BAB’s diverse menu features meze, as well as its famous kebabs, which are packed full of fresh, tasty ingredients.
To start, the meze options span a variety of cuisines, featuring dishes such as Hummus and Flatbread, Roasted Tiger Prawns, Octopus, Shrimp Frites with Lime Mayonnaise, Venison Kofta, Crispy Chicken Wings and the restaurant’s light and delicious Greek Chicken Pie.
Once you’ve devoured your first course, you’ll be able to choose from BAB’s huge menu of loaded kebabs, which includes; Flat Iron Steak (£1.50 surcharge) with whipped blue cheese and truffle, Lamb Adana, Hot Crispy Chicken, and veggie options of Chickpea Shawarma with Halloumi and Grilled Tenderstem Broccoli.
Alongside this, BAB is also offering its exclusive Pride cocktail BOTTOMLESS. The Rainbow Ripple consists of raspberry vodka, violet liqueur, lemon and sugar and is topped with sweets. It’ll usually cost you £8.50, but next Saturday its the best drink to guzzle on the bottomless deal.
There’s loads of other options if you’re not after something as sweet, including pints of Amstel and Orchard Thieves, or glasses of house wine and Prosecco.
