Rainy City Ramen duo, Tom and Max began their journey back in 2020 and are the first fully vegan Ramen chefs in the city serving 100% plant-based dishes.

Starting this week from Thursday through to Saturday, 5pm – 9pm, they’ll be taking over Feel Good Club’s kitchen to bring you 100% plant-based ramen and other delicious starters and sides.

Their last pop-up back in November was a complete sell out so they decided to bring it back for a proper residency, serving up old classics, as well as some brand-new exciting dishes to try!

There’ll be Tantanmen, a traditional sesame broth with spicy mince, roast tomato, spring onion, lime, pickled chilli and Sichuan oil (£12), as well as Shoyu, a tamari mushroom broth with pak choi, spring onion, beetroot and garlic oil (£11).

Also on the menu are some stunning sides and accompaniments, including; glazed Sticky Sprouts that come with a yellow carrot and miso puree (£4) and spicy fermented kimchi (£3),

They’ve also got their signature Pink Gyoza (£4.50), which we were super excited to try (and they were totally worth the wait), as well as loads of great sushi selections of maki rolls, big rolls or spicy rolls.

Founders of feel good club Aimie and kiera are very excited to have a fellow independent join them in the space, which also serves some great brunch and lunch dishes, too. One of their goals for the club was always to lift others up and showcase how amazing collaborations can be with food and events!

Feel Good Club have got you covered this month if you’re doing veganuary, as this is a pop up you definitely don’t want to miss! They’re also serving Brooklyn Brewery’s Special Effects alcohol-free beer on draught to wash it all down with if you’re having a proper clean month.
