High Five for MCR
High Five returns to Manchester this month for another great party down at 2022NQ, this time in aid of Forever Manchester. After bringing 12 of the city’s best DJs together for one event back in May, and in the process raising £1,200 for the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House Charities, they are sticking to the same winning formula. This time they are bringing together Manchester’s top FIVE house music nights and letting them do their thing, with DJs from The Warehouse Project, El Diablos, Content, Zutekh and TPot alongside some special guests and High Five residents Alan Hall and Matt Wilden.
As per usual at High Five parties they will be giving away a prize on the stroke of midnight, and as per usual its a big one, with all of the contributing nights donating two guestlist spaces to their next parties, this includes the 2012 opening party of The Warehouse Project in September full prize are over on their website; High Five

Matt & Phreds
The Paul Farr Band
After years of playing on other peoples material (Tom Jones, Joss Stone, Lily Allen and many more) Paul Farr decided to put his efforts into his own music. What emerged was a blend of melodic jazz, gritty blues and funky New Orleans chopped with 70′s soul. To help him he enrolled arguably the best musicians for such a project and tonight alongside Paul on his guitar are Jamie Safiruddin (keys), Neil Fairclough (bass), Chris Manis (percussion) and Luke Flowers (Drums). The Paul Farr Band only play original music whether it’s jazz, blues, funk or whatever else comes out! Expect melodic jazz, gritty blues and funky New Orleans and even some exclusive tracks from the forthcoming 2nd album. Paul Farr Band
