The NQ Card ~ Terms & Conditions

NQ Card

Ok, so none of us like Terms and Conditions, and most of us don’t even bother reading them (how many of you tick the ‘I have read the T&C’s’ box without even opening the T &C’s?!), but there are a few things that you should know about your NQ Card & using it. So these are those things you need to know.

  • NQ Card offers and venues are subject to change. Always check with the venue that the offer you are expecting to receive is actually in place before you order. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!
  • NQ Card offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers that NQ Card partners may already have in place unless stated otherwise.
  • You must sign your NQ Card when you receive it. Cards without signature will be refused the offers by the venues.
  • NQ Cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the valid cardholder. Proof of ID may be required on production of the card and NQ Card partners have the right to confiscate any card found to be used fraudulently.
  • Pre-booking is essential at some of our partner venues – failure to pre-book may result in you not receiving the offer. We’ll let you know when you have to pre-book though.
  • Please make sure you show your NQ Card on arrival at the venue (see first point) and on paying to avoid confusion.
  • The management of each establishment has the right to refuse the use of your NQ Card if they believe that it is being mis-used. Their decision is final.
  • The number of people who can take up NQ Card offers with your card at any one time will be partner/venue dependant. You must have enough NQ Cardholders in your party to cover the entire group or the offer will not be valid.
  • Where NQ Card benefits are age-restricted ID may be required.
  • NQ Card memberships are non-refundable.
  • In the event of your  NQ Card being lost or stolen a new card will need to be purchased, so be careful.
  • These Terms & Conditions can be changed without notice, but we don’t think that’s very likely.

Have fun, use your NQ Card loads and let us know what you’ve enjoyed doing with your card the most!
