Bipolar Sunshine at Bench Self Made

Bipolar Sunshine plays a special pop up acoustic set for Lunch Time Live at the Bench Self Made Gallery right here in Manchester’s Northern Quarter and we are all invited to enjoy this intimate gig for FREE!

Bipolar Sunshine is tipped for huge things and so far his tracks have received support from Radio 1’s Zane Lowe, Huw Stephens, Phil Taggart and Alice Levine, plus Xfm’s John Kennedy, Jon Hillcock and Eddy Temple-Morris. You might recognise ‘Mr’ Bipolar Sunshine, he is none other than Adio Marchant or the singer in now sadly defunct Kid British. I say sadly, but if Adio keeps knocking out quality tracks then Kid British will be harder to miss.

The gig comes ahead of the release of his debut EP  ‘Aesthetics‘ on 17th June. This will feature the popular tracks ‘Fire‘ and ‘Rivers‘, which have both topped the HypeM charts and surpassed 120,000 plays on Soundcloud. Take a listen, you’ll understand why.

Having recently played Liverpool Sound City with AlunaGeorge, Dot to Dot and the NME stage at The Great Escape, Bipolar Sunshine will be going on to play headline shows to launch the EP in London at Hoxton Bar & Kitchen on 20th June and much closer to home at Soup Kitchen on 21st June.  Bipolar Sunshine

Bipolar Sunshine’s gig will be the eighth in the series of Lunch Time Live presentations, following sets from Manchester favourites Brown Brogues, Letters to Fiesta, JJ Rosa, The Naughtys, The Quangos, Dirty North and Frazer King. There will surely be more to follow…..
